Today, I'm going to demonstrate how to make a Cafe Amaretto. Now, you're going to start off by getting your coffee mug and your coffee ready. And, we're going to take a look at our liqueurs here. I'm using coffee liqueur. We're going for Kahlua, but feel free to choose a coffee liqueur of your preference. And Amaretto, Disaronno is my personal favorite. It was actually established in fifteen twenty-five in Italy and the recipe hasn't been changed since. So obviously they're doing something right. We're going to go equal parts on this. So, three quarters of an ounce of each, or three counts. So, starting with your Kahlua, one, two, and three. And then, your amaretto, one, two, and three. From there you're going to add in your coffee, all the way to the top. Then, as with any coffee drink, whipped cream on top. And, don't forget your maraschino cherry. And that is your Cafe Amaretto. Perfect drink for a cold night.
