"Hi I'm Kim with Simply Beautiful in Austin, Texas. Let's talk about how to alleviate puffy eyes. Puffy eyes in general are a result of not enough sleep or not enough water. I will tell you those are the first two tricks that I can tell you, sleep, get your sleep and drink a whole bunch of water. It's going to help with the puffiness. There's lots of lotions and potions on the market today that will help with puffy eyes but what you are looking for is a gel, any kind of gel, eye gel. You are going to tone your skin, make sure it is very clean using your ring finger, just dabbing it on here. Eye gels in general are what reduce, are formulated to reduce puffy eyes. Eye cream goes here, eye gels go in here. So that should help reduce the swelling of the puffy eyes. Another option you can have is you have heard of the cucumber thing so get some slice some cucumbers, get them wet, lay them on your eyes and relax. Another one that I particularly like is just to get a tea bag, I am using a family size tea bag which I had left in the freezer over night, put it in the refrigerator over night and it will get just a scool, get it wet, put it in there, lay it gently on your eye and relax ten minutes. The caffeine in the tea is going to help increase the circulation on your eye. Just lay it on there and put it on both your eyes, keep your eyes closed and think good thoughts and that will help reduce the puffiness. LIke I said lots of potions and lotions, get a gel, focus in on gel and don't put any moisturizer on the inside of your eye that creates puffiness. Drink lots of water and get your sleep and you'll be beautiful."
