"IMovie is a registered trademark of Apple. I am in no way affiliated with Apple. In this clip I'm going to show you how to make an image adjustment to one of your clips in your project. The clip that I want to make an adjustment to is the ending clip where they kiss. Now, if you put your cursor over this clip, a couple of little boxes appear. The first one in the upper left hand corner, looks like a sun, is the one that we're interested in. This allows you to make adjustments, image adjustments, to your video clip. Let's click on that. It opens up your Video Adjustments window. Now you can really change the look of your clip here. You can change the clip's levels, the exposure, brightness, contrast, saturation. You can even change the overall color balance, which can be really helpful sometimes if you have inadvertently set your white balance on your camcorder to the wrong setting, this will often times correct that. And you can always experiment with this; you can always revert to the original. Now what we want to do in this clip is turn it to black and white. And the way we do that is with our saturation control. We want to bring the saturation, which is the color level, all the way down to zero. Now you can see that the image looks black and white. Let's hit Done. Now let's look at that. I like it. So that's how you make an image adjustment to a clip within your project."
