"Now with Protools, not only can you automate on tracks but you can also automate on tracks and send it to the sends. You can copy the automation right on to sends very easily. So what I can do right here; say I have a volume change in it. So I have this volume right here, right? And I'm just going to change the volume, just a little bit, so kind of fades down a little bit, right? Now what I can do with these four tracks and make sure they're all highlighted by pressing the top one, shift, holding down shift and press the bottom one. I'm going to go to edit and copy to send. Now this copy send is going to like, let me choose what I want to copy, current volume, automation, volume, panning, mute, things like that. Now on this bottom it's going to ask if you would send to, I want to send it to; my A position, my B position, my C, D or E. What I can do is send it to my A position, right, and to all, and all of these tracks selected. So this basically means that these four tracks, track automation is only to be sent to my first send. So I press okay, we should be all set. So I could change it right here, I can actually show you the level, it's the same as the track."
