"OK, next we're going to look at incorporating the toms into some of our beats here. The first thing I'm going to do is use my millitom here to play a very basic beat, in the same way that I might lay this beat all on the snare drum. I'm just going to move those first two beats over to my second tom and it'll sound like this. So you can do this with any of these toms, really, the same beat. So this should get us incorporated with the idea of moving your hands around. Now, if you're a drummer that doesn't play open handed like me and you play cross handed. This might actually be a little tougher. You'd have to reach under and play like this. So definitely depending on how you play, some of these will be easier, or more difficult."
