"Ok this next example is going to be kind of a seventies disco type thing where we are opening the hi hat on all of the ands, and playing quarter notes on the bass drum. This one sounds like this. It could be tough at first, opening the hi hat on every single and, try it slowly. See how it feels to play the hi hat and bass drum are basically just doing the same motion. Both feet are doing the exact same thing. So keep that in mind when you do this one, it might make it easier because really what the hands are doing is.. Combined with the feet doing... So try this one, you should have no trouble with it."
