"This next example of opening the hi hat is going to involve sneaking in the hi hat opening on an and between a bass and snare drum note. And it's going to look like this. So this one shouldn't pose too much of a challenge to you if you got the last one down, where we are playing the hi hat opened on the same note, as a bass drum note. This one really shouldn't be too tough. Where we are going to move to next is one where we are going to have multiple hi hat openings within the bar. And that might be difficult but again, with all of these if you just play them slowly at first and really pay attention to what it is you are playing you really shouldn't have too much of a problem and mess around with different hi hat openings. So you can play this, or you can play. There's really a whole range in there."
