"First example we'll look at, we are going to look at a few examples of opening up the hi hat on certain notes. And as I play these, each time I'll open the hi hat a little bit of a different amounts. As you can see there's a huge range there from the hi hat. This is going to be the pattern we are going to play. So there's opening the hi hat as a beginner drummer what you'll have trouble here is keeping the hands straight and keeping the other parts going. While getting the hi hat open so just take it slow and you'll be able to do it no problem."
