"Here is another fill where really picking the best sticking is going to make a big difference. First I am going to play this for you with alternating hands the way some drummers would play it and it would go like this. I'll play it again and that's really fine in most cases but here is another way we could play this that I think would be better for us and that is going to be to keep the left hand on the snare and to have the right hand go around the toms like this. I'll play it again. I'm going to be ending with my left hand there which I don't necessarily want to do but what I can do is to fill my time and to give me time to get back over to the hi hat I can just play on one crash or a ride with my right hand so let's play this one up to speed."
