"Today, we're changing a side view mirror on a 1996 Ford Explorer. In this step, I'm going to demonstrate the proper service procedure for reconnecting our power mirror to the body electronics, reconnecting our speaker, and remounting of our speaker. The first connector we have to deal with is this white one right here, and as you can see, the pigtail from my power mirror is right here. Going to take and line it up and just click it together. And you're going to listen for a clicking sound. That'll mean that it's assembled all the way. Right there, you can hear the click. Going to take and plug my speaker back in, and again, you hear the click. I'm going to go ahead and twist it over and get my speaker mounted. You have three bolts to deal with on our speaker. And again, I have a quarter inch ratchet with a six millimeter socket. You're going to want to take and start all of your bolts before you begin tightening em', mm right. Let me go ahead and begin tightening em' down. Now, most speakers are made of plastic, so you're not going to want to run em' down too tight; just tight enough that they're mounted securely, and they don't vibrate while the speaker's operating, all right. That is the proper service procedure for reconnecting your power mirrors electronics to the chassis electronics, reconnecting your speaker, and remounting of your vehicle's speaker."
