" Hey I’m Monica and in this last exercise for the hip and pelvis is another strengthening exercise. This exercise is for the hamstrings; specifically the lower hamstrings and all you really need are some rolling chair parts. So what you want to do is make sure you have a nice long space here. You can either do it on carpet like I am doing which makes it harder or if you do it on tile or thinner carpet it is a lot easier to roll across. But what you want to do is just stick your heel out and you are pulling your heel in like this and while you are doing that you are trying to roll the chair forward so it should look something like this. It is always a little bit harder to get started. There you go. Right like this. You should feel these muscles right here in the back of your leg working as you are trying to bend your leg. Right like that. Roll back and show you guys one more time what it looks like. Starting off with the heel. Again, it doesn’t matter which heel you start with. You are just dragging yourself forward, right like this. Feel those hamstrings working. Again, you can do it on tile if you want it to be a little bit more easier or if you want a challenge, you can do it on carpet like this. "
