" Hi, I’m Monica one last range of motion of exercise I’m going to show you for the hip and pelvis is for internal and external rotation of your hip. So again, find a nice spot either on the floor or on your bed and this time we will have you lie on your stomach. So get comfortable. You want to be propped up on your elbows on the floor underneath your chest, that’s fine. And I will show you what we are going to do with the left leg here. Just go ahead and bend it till until it is nice and comfortable. And you are going to let your foot drop out and back in; out and in. Make sure you make nice and slow, want a slow motion here. Again, you are not necessarily trying to get a stretch out it. You are just trying to move the joint. Make sure it goes smooth in a complete range of motion. If you can only go out to here, that’s fine. Just go as far as you can. Some people naturally can go further out like this. They might be more limited in. Everyone is a little bit different so just whatever your range of motion let’s you do. And just right back and forth, just nice and slow. "
