Spray a 9x5 loaf pan
in a large bowl mix all ingredients including the
Gorgonzola cheese
Add 1/2 of Enchilada Sauce
Spray and place mixture in loaf pan
Top with remaining Enchilada Sauce
Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or
an internal temp of 155F
