-
Step 1
Make sure and wash your veggies and your hands really well before starting.
-
Step 2
Cut off top of pepperCut top off of the green pepper, take seeds out and wash.
-
Step 3
Mix ground turkey, brown rice, eggs, diced tomatoes, onion, black pepper & granola cereal. You can use a spoon to mix this all up but I say God made hands first so why?
I don't cook with salt as I like to add it right before I eat it. I like to taste the salt -
Step 4
Stuff peppers with meat mixture. Again do you want to use a spoon? I don't!
-
Step 5
Put in baking dish & top with squished fresh tomatoes or tomato sauce.
-
Step 6
Put a little water in pan & bake in oven at 350 degrees for approx 50 minutes.
-
Step 7
Pepper cut in half with cheese on topWhen done cut length wise and put mozzarella cheese on top and put back in oven just long enough to melt cheese. Maybe 2 minutes or so. Or in microwave for 30 seconds.
-
Step 8
Garden SupperNothing is better than a garden supper. I added to my stuffed pepper, green beans, red potatoes, ripe tomatoes and a glass of ice water.
-
Step 9
Galation 6:9 So don't get tired of doing what is good. Don't get discouraged and give up, for we will reap a harvest of blessing at the appropriate time.
