Instructions
  1. Step 1

How not to re-infect yourself and others:

Avoid walking bare feet, in public places, e.g. public swimming pools, public showers, public baths, around the house wear cotton socks so others do not contact the disease if you are affected.

  2. Step 2

Don't share your shoes, especially your flip flops with anyone especially if somebody has the disease.

  3. Step 3

If you have to wear socks, change your shoes and socks frequently especially people who are affected with the disease. The the idea is to keep your feet dry and cotton socks will allow your feet to breath a little better.

  4. Step 4

Dry feet thoroughly after showers or baths, and use an anti-fungal powder in your shoes then use a topical solution applied directly to the infected nail. If your nails are thick, file them down as much as possible and apply a natural topical solution. This allows the solution to soak though the nail layers for effect treatment.

  5. Step 5

Women should avoid using nail polish at all costs. Dont paint over your nails in the hopes of hiding them. Many women ignore the signs and will do everything to hide it. The problem is, the condition will only get worst instead of better.
