Try not to say the first thing that comes to your mind. Allot of times the first thing we say is what causes fights and arguments.
Step3
Finally you need to smile and try your best to say something nice back. Controlling your tongue is also keep to having self control. Think about how a large ship is controlled by a little wheel. This is the same with our body with our small tongue we can give blessings or curses to people.
