Instructions
  1. Step 1

Shop online: Find places like craigslist.com for used doghouse. I got 2 dog houses for $50 from a private owner.

  2. Step 2

Cleaning: Most likely the dog house you bought is dirty. Vacuum it out and water it out.

  3. Step 3

Doggy Door: Cut the doggy door in a square or retangular if necessary. This will allow the door trimming for a clean professional look.

  4. Step 4

Sanding: Use your sand paper and sand the old chip woods

  5. Step 5

Painting: Add a fresh coat of paint

  6. Step 6

Dog Plaque: Cut a small piece of wood and paint it. Using your computer, print your dog name on a cardstock paper. Stencil out the name with an exacto Knife and spray paint the stenciled name over the wood.

  7. Step 7

Flooring: Find old carpet at home and trim to fit for dog house flooring.
