"Hi, this is Luis for expertvillage.com and we're going to be talking about pawn shops. Today I'm here at Inland Jewelry and Loan. I get guys that come in here and they're in bands, local bands not huge bands, but I have gotten couple of famous people that come in here and they just want a good deal just like anyone else. You know nobody wants to pay full price for anything, it doesn't matter what it is, who you are, what class you belong to, you just want a good deal, you don't want to spend every single of your last bucks on something you're going to pay full retail. And if do that's, hey that's you but not me personally, I never buy anything in a retail store. Everything that I have in my house, including my car, is from this pawn shop and that's my philosophy, I want to save money, I don't want to go out and spend every single bit of my money on new stuff. So, I get people that come in here from bands; Rock, Rap, whatever, beat machines, whatever they want, we sell it to them and the benefit of that is they don't pay full retail. They're going to pay a used price, which is a good price and they're going to benefit from the fact that they didn't waste all their money. Instead of wasting $3,000 on an orange amp, they wasted $1500 on an orange amp and now they have $1500 in their pocket. So what does that mean? Now they can buy the bass cabinet, now they can buy the vintage Gibson guitar. So your money wise, you're making money when you come into a pawn shop because you can probably turn around and sell that stuff to your friends for even more."
