We're going to be talking about pawn shops. Today I'm here at Inland Jewelry and Loan. This is an example of a vintage instrument that you can find in a pawn shop. This is a Gibson Les Paul custom from 1978 and the reason I know it's a 1978 is because we read serial numbers here. And the serial number is 71328511 and on Gibson serial numbers, the first and fifth number are indications of the year. So this is a 1978. A guitar like this probably goes for about $1800. Somebody might pay brand new for a guitar like this 2 or $3,000. We sell it in here for roughly about half. This one you probably wouldn't see it sitting up with the rest of the guitars, we would probably list this on eBay so we could give it to a more world wide market. But I've got all kinds of guitars starting at $99, $89 electric guitars. You know $99 acoustic guitars and good name brands like; Mitchell, Fender, Marshall's, whatever you want guitars, bass amps, lead guitar amps, any kind of thing that happens to do with instruments we try to sell it. Our better stuff we usually try to put on eBay. Like I said this is our prime example of that, this is something that I would call my better stuff even though this doesn't look like it's in the greatest condition, this is probably considered like a Class C or Class B Vintage instrument and it's beauty. All these little nicks and all these little, you know where the paint is rubbing off, that just adds to the character to this and this is what we like to sell.
