How to Tie a Double Constrictor Knot

"Now I'm going to demonstrate the Double Constrictor. Now this is a variation off the constrictor knot, which is just a better thief knot. So if we look down here on the table, you can see I have my main line here that I'm going to use. What I'm going to do is I'm going to take my small line here and I'm just going to take it and I'm going to wrap it around my other piece. And then, lets pull out a little bit more, here we go. And I'm going to wrap it over and across it like so. And then wrapping it back around it I'm going to come back around and cross over the line once again. Then we'll pull it through one more time. And then we'll wrap it under both of these lines that I've just made. There we go, I want to keep these together. I don't want to start getting messy. As you can see, I've got a basically double lined x going on. So what I'm going to do, is I'm going to pull my standing end and I'm going to wrap my working end over and then under and around creating just a knot here and pulling it tight. And there we go, a double constrictor knot. Now this is really tight, this is not going to pull loose. As you can see here, its just a really good knot to use."
