"Hi this is Richard Buccola from New York City and today on behalf of Expert Village I'm going to show you how to make Sweet Potato Casserole. I'm not really going to go into service. This is a side plate. You take a really small portion with all of your other fixings. As far as storage, something like this when it comes out of the oven, if you can actually let it cool, cause it's going to be hot out of the oven. It will stay hot for a good 1/2 hour. So remember that when you cooking you can actually take this out a `1/2 hour before serving time and it will still be warm. If I just take some tinfoil like so and just put it right over the top. Put it on half way on one side and half way on the other and you are good to go. This will stay good in the refrigerator for about 5 days. You are all ready for preheating. Like I said you can cook this half way, keep it in your refrigerator, next day put it in your oven and you are good to go. There is your storage. Very simple. If you have it where it is half way just throw it in a Tupperware and it is good to go as well. Come on back and we'll finish up."
