"Hi, this is Rich Buccola here in NYC and today on behalf of Expert Village I'm going to show you how to make sweet potato casserole. You see I've mixed everything together mixed everything all of these flavors are very thorough. What you want to do then is just add our marinated walnuts right to our pan here and all that Bourbon. Don't worry that Bourbon is going to cook out it's going to have a hint of Bourbon that's what I think people like they taste a little bit of this a little bit of that, it's all good. Remember once you add this you want to fold in the nuts so you have your spatula and you're just going to fold it over just like so. Give it a nice thorough folding so that everything is uniform and the nuts are evenly spread throughout the mixture of the potatoes. Come back we're going to add our marshmallows to the top and get in our oven at 350, we're actually going to cook this until the marshmallows are golden brown."
