"Hi! This is Rich Buccola here in New York City and today on behalf of Expert Village, I'm going to show you how to make sweet potato casserole. While this is still hot, we're going to take a full stick of butter. Put a full stick of butter in there. If you just get it to move around or just put it in the potatoes, you’ll see how fast they melt. We're going to get a 1/4 cup of honey. Just use your measuring cup as 1/4 cup and put that right in there. This is good. Look at that. We're going to add a cup of brown sugar to this. 2 teaspoons of cinnamon like so. Nutmeg. We're going to go 1 teaspoon of nutmeg. Nutmeg is very strong so don't use too much. 1 teaspoon is fine. A half a teaspoon of paprika. Don't over do it on the paprika. It'll just give it that little hint of something that my aunt used to always put in hers. My aunt Leslie would always take a little tablespoon of sour cream, and she said that would help it give it a little bit of creaminess. Just mix that up. Just folding, mixing, and turn it all around. Put this all together. Get it mixed up. We're almost ready for the oven."
