"Hi! This is Richard Buccola here in New York City and today on behalf of Expert Village, I am going to show you how to make sweet potato casserole. All right we are back. We've got our walnuts to the right size and consistency chopping them up and what we are going to do is add them to a bowl. We are actually going to marinate our walnuts in some beautiful Bourbon. Don't worry about the Bourbon, it will cook out but you don't want to over kill it with Bourbon. I know that in some of my videos I always add a little bit but this actually you want to be pretty precise; a half a cup of Bourbon and am going to just add that right to our mix. You want to make sure that all of your walnuts are coated with the Bourbon . I am just going to put that on the side for later. "
