"Hi! Richard Buccola here in New York City and tody on behalf of Expert Village, I am gong to show you how to make sweet potato casserole. Okay, we are back. First thing we are going to do is our walnuts. With walnuts, you want to break them up fine. You want them to be fine and broken up, so what we want to do is we are going to take the back end of our knife and put in the front, the point up here just using the back end, just punching it down. You'll see it'll be nice and again just give it another chop. We are using close to a half pound of walnuts. You could substitute and use pie nuts or any kind of nuts that you feel is what you like. We are going to get them chopped up. Remember when chopping these that you don't want to chop them to where they get minced. You want them to be nice pieces. So again, we are looking for something about that size, again that size with our walnuts. "
