"Hi! This is Richard Buccola here in New York City and today on behalf of Expert Village, I am going to show you how to make sweet potato casserole. Okay, our utensils because this is a casserole, it's sweet potato casserole with marshmallows on top, you are going to need a nice casserole dish. So make sure you have a nice casserole dish and you are going to need a big bowl to mix all of your ingredients up into. So a nice big bowl. You are going to need a colander. We are going to boil our potatoes. You could cook on your oven right on the rack if you wanted to but it takes a little longer. So for faster purposes, we are going to boil them and drain them in a colander. Then we are going to need some measuring utensils so we've got some spoons and also cup. I always have another bowl just to throw stuff away or just when you are cutting. As far as cutting, you are going to need a paring knife to skin our potatoes or a potato peeler. I just like using a paring knife. It is just easier for me and a nice cutting knife to cut our sweet potatoes in quarters so that they cook that much faster. On the back burner, you need a big pot of boiling water and then we are going to need a smaller pot or saucepan to heat up our heavy cream. "
