"Hi, this is John Mendez with Expert Village and I am going to tie up the patterns for your challises and your frames, your jeweled frames. And I always recommend using a free form pattern but sometimes it's always fun to use a pattern, pattern. You can see I have used a lot of the same stones to make a symmetrical pattern and then it just breaks out in to all different types of stones and buttons, different kinds of spacer beads. Right here we have a metal bead, right there and I believe we have a giant button right there. So you can use anything. And then I have from going free form I went all they way back up to a regular pattern up at the top with giant twenty millimeter rhinestones and a gold chain. And don't be afraid to use anything from glass to even garnet. I have garnet on here and then we also have other gemstones. Here is blue gold stone and then we have hematite and then some fourteen carat gold beads. So you can use really all mediums and that's what makes this pattern so special that you can use really anything. If you have any heirlooms at home, items that are broken that you don't know what to do with, that's a great thing to put on one of these especially if you are going to make something to give it away to a family member. It makes it just that much more special. "
