"Hi, I'm Rachel for Expert Village. With the decoupage, is actually gluing cut up paper on an object. We're going to use the napkin there is an endless variety of course. Cause there is a lot of napkins all around and you can choose whatever of a napkin you like the color, the decoration on top of it and I'm going to show you how to make piggy bank with a lid on top. You are going to see it's going to come out pretty. It doesn't take too much work and plus you don't need to paint or do any design or just basically take a napkin with a nice design on it. Then you glue it to the object to what you like to make."
