"Hi, I'm Kelli on behalf of Expert Village, I'm going to show you some tips and techniques I use to place a tail extension on your horses tail. So now that we have her extension tied in there properly we need to make sure that we can not see it. What we are going to do is take a little bit of a shining serum which also detangles. We are going to work this through the tail, give our tail a really nice show ring sheen. It would detangle so we can comb it out and get her tail really nice flowing appearance. We want to generally working on the tail because we don't want to loosen up the extension that we have tied in. It is really embarrassing if you have a extension fall out while you are in the show ring. Not to mention it really spooks the horse behind you. So we just going to work a little bit of shine there and give it a really nice soft show ring shine. It also helps to repeal dust so it does not give the tail a dingy look. This may make it really easy for us to comb out. Another thing you want to make sure that you do after you put your tail shine in your tail niece and detangled is most of the time I would gather it together and put a band in there. So it just keeps it together so your horse would not loosen it up. So that is how you want to put some tail shine in before you comb it out."
