"Hi, I'm Kelli on behalf of Expert Village, I'm going to show you some tips and techniques I use to place a tail extension on your horses tail. So now that we have our braids done we are prepare to tie in our extension. A lot of your tail extensions would have 2 horses hair braids coming out of the top of them. Similar to this. So what we are going to do is we are going to start at the top of our braid and we are going to place 1 side through the one braid and one side through the other braid. We are going to pull it up and look at it and we are going to adjust it to make sure it is hanging where we want it to be. So we usually don't want it much lower then your horse forelock. So once we have it in there what we are going to do is we just going to make a x and tie it. Then we are going to wrap it around the 2 braids and we are going to secure it by making a x and making another x. Making sure that it is tied in there nice and tight. Cause you would not want it to fall out why you are riding. So we are going to make sure that it is in there nice and tight which it is. Then we have our extension tied in there."
