Some of the tips that I have given you have been very important in helping you to take care of individually. If you do need help in monitoring or in more discussion on how to handle overcoming your fear, you can go to a counselor and or a physician and they will help you with it. I want you to know that one of the important things about overcoming fear is the manner in which you speak, the tone in which you speak, the determination in which you speak. It is very important that you don't use timidity, any kind of shyness. You must know that the way that you speak is so important, that'll actually command yourself to be able to behave in the way that you are wanting to behave. For example, when you tell yourself that you're not going to be afraid of something, you must be very careful to say it in way that you want your body to respond. I will not be afraid. That boldness that you speak with is what helps you to get into that position. As you speak, so you will be. It's very important to know that the manner and tone is significant. Even when you're speaking to someone else, that tone will be able to make fear just vanish. I know that you can do this. It's a practice thing. If you continue to practice and work on some of these techniques that I've been telling you about, you can actually make fear leave you alone. It's very important that you continue to work in a position that you will begin to dissipate fear in your life."
