We've been talking about some of the techniques to overcome this. A positive thought will overcome a negative thought, and your body will respond to it. You have the thought, then say the words, and the words will make your body line up with it. Your body only does what your thoughts and your words tell it to do. You have thousands of thoughts in a day time, night time. You have thousands of thoughts, so you want to be the one that tells your body how to behave. It's very important, and I know I've said this a few times, but I want you to know that it's in your power to speak the words and you get what you say. Always remember, you get what you say.
