On the topic of how to overcome fear I'm giving you pointers today on how to overcome it. Another thing that I need for you to know is that your thoughts are the most important things to overcome fear. Fear is a learned behavior. You didn't come into this world with fear. You learned it. The thoughts that come into your mind are the things that have gotten you to this place of experiencing fear. I want you to know if the thought brings in fear, then another thought can bring in courage. Another thought can overlay, press down, that fear to the point where it just completely is eliminated, completely gone. The mind is a very strange thing. It does not know whether there's an imaginary thought or it's a realistic thought. It does not know exactly what is going on. It only takes what is put in it and uses it. The body starts to line up with that system and behave the way the mind told it to behave. When you put a thought in your mind and then you say it, your body has to respond to it. If you say a fearful thing, then your body acts fearful. If you say a courageous thing, a bold thing, then your body has to act in that bold manner. It's important to know what your thoughts are."
