Asking Questions to Identify Fears

Our topic of how to overcome fear will be the most helpful to you when you can start to be able to understand the tips and the techniques to overcome it. Another way to overcome is to be able to ask yourself some questions. Some what questions, when questions, how questions, how much, where. All of these questions will help you to identify how to overcome fear. If you don’t understand it then you're not going to be able to deal with it. It's very important to overcome it by knowing these answers to these questions. There's many, many questions that can be asked. I'm just giving you a few pointers, a few hints, on which questions to ask. When you ask these questions, this will help you to identify more of what's going on. For example, when did you have the last feeling of fear? What is it that's making you feel fear? How much fear are you experiencing? These are all important things to know more about how to overcome fear."
