"Hi! I'm Brenda F. Dixon, the owner of Life Help Now in Nashville, Tennessee, and we're here today with Expert Village. Our topic today is how to overcome fear. I would like you to know that the more enlightened, the more aware of fear that the person is, the more able they are to overcome it. First, you need to identify it. What is that gives you fear? Analyze it. Take it apart, look at it, and see what it is that you're actually dealing with. You can't deal with something if you don't know what you're dealing with. Many people and say they don't have fear. It manifest in different ways, so you need to look at the fear, take it apart, and identify it. I'm going to show you a little bit more about what I'm talking about in identifying that as we progress through these different steps. Right now, the first step is write it down, identify it. When do you get sweaty palms? When do you get a gasping breath? When do you actually manifest fear? Write it down and identify exactly what you're dealing with."
