"Hi. I'm Chemin Alldredge, I'm a 3rd degree black belt and I'm here with Expert Village today and we'll be going over advanced self defense. Alright, that is what we called is a single grab from behind if your walking away. If your talking to someone and you need to walk away but they don't want you to and so they grab you, what I am going to do is take my left arm and come around holding their arm again which we've done in the beginner, you lift it up if you want to and that should loosen their grip. I'm going to take my elbow because my elbow is the strongest part and when you hit someone, you will want to hit to the face. After I hit to the face, I'm going to follow up and grab behind their head and hit straight to my knee. You should have loosened their grip pretty well. I'm going to take my legs once again, taking them and pushing them down to the ground and hitting them one more time making them think never again to grab you while your walking away. Another great way to push them down if you don't want to push them here in the chest is to go ahead and push onto their throat and as your pushing them down, that's going to help them lose their balance or you can grab their throat and push them down. Do that if they are a little bigger instead of pushing onto their chest. You can also take your knuckles and push right into their throat making them lose their balance."
