"Hi, I'm Chemin Alldredge. I'm a third degree Black Belt and I'm here with Expert Village. Today we'll be going over advanced self defense. Alright, now we're going to do a single shirt grab but we're going to take your opponent down to the legs. So you're opponent's going to grab you. Securing, hitting- you're going to hit to their face, coming down, pushing them to the ground and then kicking. We're going to go over it a little bit faster and then we'll break it down. KIA! KIA! Alright, now we're going to break it down. Your opponent is going to grab your hand. You're going to grab their hand on top to make sure they're not going to rip away the shirt. I'm going to take my palm heel, thrusting it up to the nose, making them teary eyed. After that, I'm going to step behind both their legs, taking my hand and pushing them to the ground. And then I'm going to keep their hand here and then thrusting my heel into their side. KIA! KIA! And what you can do is this is nice to use you can do that take down with any hold you want to. If they have you in a single wrist, you can hit, grabbing make sure that you break their grip and then pushing them down if you can. I do not recommend doing this on someone who is twice your size. If your opponent is a little bit bigger than you then you can do this but make good judgment when you do this moves and what would be most effective on your opponent."
