"Hi, I'm Chemin Alldredge. I'm a third degree Black Belt and I'm here with Expert Village. Today we'll be going over advanced self defense. This one we're going to do is called the Full Nelson. My opponent is going to grab me. KIA! KIA! KIA! Alright, now we're going to break it down. What you're going to want to do is your opponent is going to grab you, both of your hands are still semi-free, your legs are free. What I'm going to do is I'm going to kick up into the groin or I'm going to hit onto the foot. What I usually do is I hit the foot. So you're going to go, KIA! And then you're going to take your head, should loosen his grip a little bit because you've distracted him, even if it didn't hurt him, you've distracted him so you need to move fast. I'm going to head butt right back into his face hitting his face, his nose, whichever. And then I'm going to take my body weight, lifting my arms straight up and come down, breaking his grip. Then I'm going to grab his arm, moving out of the way and doing a sidekick either into his groin or to his side. Another way of doing this is your opponent is going to grab you into Full Nelson. You're going to stomp, hit, come down. You're going to grab both arms. You're going to take his hands, roll it over. And then you can also break it or turn it but now you've got him in a grip. You can also knee him into the groin or elbow him into the side. And again, he's going to come, KIA! KIA! Grabbing it, taking it, and elbowing him, bringing him to the ground, KIA! And doing a kick."
