"Hi I'm Chris owner of Salon Teez for Expert Village this is how to create your own iron on tee shirt. We're ready to apply our rhinestone transfer but before we do that since I got the tee shirt in my tee shirt form, I'll take a piece of cooking paper or cookie sheet to place in between the tee shirt and the cardboard. The glue on the back of the rhinestones gets really hot and I don't want the tee shirt to actually stick to the cardboard transfer or the cardboard form that I have here. A cooking sheet will be shiny on one side and dull on the other. The shiny side actually helps prevent to keep the glue from adhering to the cookie sheet so I'll just place this into the shirt, in between the shirt and the cardboard form. Remove the white backing from our rhinestone design, as you can see all the rhinestones are now adhering to the sticky part of the paper, and then I'll just simply place this on the tee shirt where I want that to be located. The sticky paper actually helps keep the rhinestones in place on the shirt. Now, I don't need to worry about the edges of this like I did with the transfer because the only part that's going to be transferred are the rhinestones. So I can simply just go over the rhinestones. Again on a high heat setting and just work that heat all the way across and evenly using a good amount of pressure on the rhinestones and getting even heat going across the rhinestones. I'll actually do this because I'm using an iron versus a commercial press. I'll really do this for about thirty to forty-five seconds, that ensures that I've got great heat distribution across that and make sure that all the rhinestones are in place."
