"Hello. This is Jeff Naylor from Mtroniks Engineering in Mesa Arizona for Expert Village. Leaving our black, negative lead connected to the center pin, we are going to switch our positive voltmeter lead from the left most pin to the right most pin. This will give us the bias voltage on the right tube. If this were a TSL 100, we would have another adjustment pot on the right side for the right side bias. Remember to slowly approach the correct voltage setting and let the amp settle. This may take a few seconds. At this point, our bias is set as per manufacturer's spec. Now if we want to go into more detail as for the performance of these new tubes, we can use the oscilloscope, the signal generator and the dummy load."
