"Hi, my name's Gail Hoffman. I'm from North Reddington Beach Florida and on behalf of Expert Village I'm going to demonstrate how to open a coconut. Okay once you've drained the liquid out of the coconut, you can put it in a freezer bag and this will keep the coconut clean and your countertop as well. And you just take a hammer and have at it. Okay once you get it open you can crack it a couple of more times. We'll make it maybe four pieces."
