"Hi my name is Gail Hoffman, and I'm from North Reddington Beach, Florida, and on behalf of Expert Village, I'm going to demonstrate how to open a coconut. Ok, another way to get the liquid out of the coconut is just to use the scissors and again you want to find one of the eyes that you can pierce. And you just kind of twist your scissors into it. And sometimes if one isn't giving it enough, then you can try another one. You can feel it start giving way, and we have made a hole inside it, and then you can drain out the liquid."
