"Hi, I'm Jessica and I'm here for expertvillage.com and I'm here to talk to you today about great family pets here at the Pet Stop in Rancho Cucamonga, California. Now about hamsters. Hamsters can be good pets. You have to know what you are getting yourself into though they are small. They don't really understand what you are saying so they would nib at you. You know you want to make sure that you get one young that you would hold it often and make sure that you interact with it on a daily bases. If not you may not to get yourself into that you might want to try another pet. Hamsters live about a maximum of 3 years. To care for it properaly and you know give him vitamins and well care for it. Some negative draw backs about hamsters is that they can nip, you want to make sure that you give them there fresh water and food daily. They are very sensitive you know if you missed just a couple of days without food and water even a day you know that could be judgmental to there healthy. Also they are very fragile you don't want to drop them or squish them. So you want to be careful with small children."
