"Hi, my name's Gail Hoffman and I'm from North Reddington Beach, Florida, and on behalf of Expert Village I'm going to demonstrate how to open a coconut. The first step in opening a coconut is draining the coconut milk out. That was you can reserve it and use it for something, and it also makes the process a lot neater, less spattering. So, all coconuts have three little eyes and you want to pierce through one of them. There's usually one that's a little softer than the others, and sometimes you just have to go through trial and error to find out which one is the easiest one to access. I'm going to use a Phillip's screwdriver and a hammer and hopefully just crack right into it. Okay, and you can even pry it open a little bit more so that the milk will come out easier. "
