"On behalf of Expert Village, I'm Debbie and this is Woody and we're going to tell you about personalizing your picture frames. When you're designing a matting for a picture, what you want is, you want a unique mat that's going to fit this particular picture and no other picture. So what we've chosen on this mat is a black top mat and a purple underneath mat. So it's just going to have just a little tiny bit of purple in it. So what we're going to do first is we're going to cut the top mat. What I've done is, I've measured my mat with my tape measure to see what size I want my margins to be. And then, so when I do that I found out that I want about a one and three quarter inch mat. So I use my mat "T" and I put it on one and three quarters. This time I use a white pencil, and I mark it all the way around. Okay, so I'm going to mark this all the way around. Okay, so now I'm going to cut it. So I come to my mat cutter. Now this mat cutter is going to cut on a bevel, so wherever I cut, it's going to have a nice forty five degree bevel. And I go about an eighth of an inch past the line. An eighth of an inch past the line that way. Move my bottom bar every single time. So, it doesn't take very long. Make sure that it lines up just perfectly. Okay, and it fell out just like I wanted it to."
