Cutting the Pattern for a Custom Lamp Shade

"Hello my name is Denise Roberson and on behalf of Expert Village, I'm here to show you how to customize a lamp shade. We have drafted out our pattern onto our paper that we made but putting the lamp shade on there. Starting from the seam of the lamp shade rolling it all the way to the end of the seam. Again, to it matched again. We traced it out with a pencil the top part, the bottom part to get the length of it and the width of the actually piece. Now I'm going to take my scissors and cut the pattern out. So I'm just going to cut all the access off first. so I can get to it. Now I'm just going to cut along the line where I draw out the pattern. I'm just going to continue on around the back part and once this is down, we would have our pattern for the lamp shade."
