You must follow the rules and regulations. You have to get a fishing license. There are many different types. If you get a fishing license you must get a trout stamp. There are many different licenses you can get. You can get a license and it should look like this. You can buy it at any sporting goods store. It will have you name and year and the stamp will go on back. You must follow the regulations, what are the limits, when you can fish and if they are endangered species so get a book. Also how old you are you need to know. Sometimes they can fish on your license so double check you regulations."
