"Hi! This is Jon on behalf of Expert Village. In this video clip, we will be removing our lawnmower blade. To remove the blade, I am going to be using a thick glove, a 5/8 inch combination wrench and a rubber mallet. With my mower turned on its side, I am going to take the blade with my glove and I am going to set my combination wrench on that center nut and I am going to hold that with my thumb. Then I am going to come with the rubber mallet and tap my combination wrench until it starts to loosen up that bolt. Now if you have a bolt that sticks real bad, you might want to consider putting some penetrating oil on it and letting that sit for a while. We are just going to continue this same procedure until it gets loose enough to loosen by hand and that blade should come right off. "
