"Hi, this is Jon on behalf of Expert Village. In this video clip, I'll be talking about electrical safety. This particular tool is equipped with a polarized plug meaning that one of the prongs is larger than the other prong. Now a polarized plug will only fit into a polarized socket so you want to make sure that were you are plugging this in it, will fit. With this particular power tool you want to make sure and not expose it to rain or wet conditions has the potential to cause electric shock and injure you. Lastly make sure you take good care of the cord the cord is the life line of your tool and you don't want to have any nic cracks or breaks in the cord that can cause injury to you or to somebody else."
