"In this segment I'm going to show you a way if you're a beginner at hopscotch I'm going to show you a good way to start out. Some of us have better balance than others, so it's kind of tricky to balance just on one foot. But if you're a younger one or you're just starting out, you probably want to use both feet. Let's say I throw it onto the number 3, I'm going to use both feet to go on the number 1 and onto the number 3 and the 4 and then if you get really good you can spread your legs out and go on 5 and 6 and come together on the 7, spread out and go on the 8 and 9 and jump and turn around. Then come together, then out, together, come here, pick up your hacky sack and jump. Using two feet is a great way to start out playing hopscotch. If you're still a little one or you're just beginning it's a really good way to start out and until you get better you start using one foot and then it works great and then you can play the game just like normal."
